Third pair. Original two purchases had been made in China. This new pair is made in India and shoes are much thighter and takes more time to break them. Still a good purchase for the price.

Best comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned size 9 and I take a 10. Can’t understand why they fit me only negative thing is they’re not that great looking

ROCKPORT WALKING SHOES
I bought my fourth or fifth pair of world walkers on line from The Bay. I was surprised at how rigid the leather felt and how the shoe seemed narrow. Studying the matter, I saw from the labels that the shoes had been made in India. My previous pairs of such shoes were not from India. I still have the shoes but I do not use the shoes from India for long walks. I think the message is : "Try before you buy."

Third pair of this model I’ve ordered over the years. However this pair had soles that were too stiff. They made a slapping sound when walking. Upper construction also felt too stiff. Returned. Not recomended

General apparence and form.
I bought this shoes based on those I bought years ago (same category/model), with the same sizes. But, the shoes I received are definitively smaller in dimensions in general. The leader does not look natural and are so hard that those shoes were never be able to form to my feet.
I have to replace them...!
