Sizes are not true

I purchased these boots after trying my mom’s on. I ordered the exact same size and they are way too big. Unable to get through to customer service over the phone. Their return policy indicates you will not get back the taxes or cost of shipping. Very disappointed

Comfy & stylish 2.0

Just received my 6M Taupe…delivery was fast as it was ordered on Aug 22 per my review of the 6.5M Black pair. The 6M fits on the snug side. The taupe is slightly darker than in the photo. Overall I am very happy with both pairs.
