The sizing is completely off. The 11 1/2 I ordered, which is the largest size shoe I’ve ever taken in my life, we’re too small. So I ordered the 12s. They arrived today. They are smaller than the 11 1/2. Just another thing wrong with our world today: nobody gives a crap

I purchased these sandals last September and have air releasing/compressing out of them causing them to squeak when walking.
I have contacted customer service three times and have never had my issue resolved.
Customer care has been as disappointing as the shoe I paid $$$ for.

Rockport sandals
I bought these sandals in Jan and used them only about 3 months. The scandal strap separated from the shoe base at the same place on both sandals. I bought Rockport shoes expecting high quality as I had experienced with previous pairs of rockport shoes. I sent emails to both the USA and Canadian office and have been totally ignored. I want to have these sandals replaced. What has happened to the quality that Rockport represented.
