A couple of things seem poorly designed and not checked for actual use. The leather strap at the back of the boot is too small to fit a finger, making it annoying and useless. It is like nobody at Dunham actually tried to put the boot on. The tongue of the boot has an insulated fabric layer stitched to it. This makes it stiff and uncomfortable, without providing any useful benefit.
I have worn Dunhams for years and currently have four pairs. It’s unfortunate that product quality seems to be declining.
