Really like shoes little pricey

This brand is now crap, do not buy it. It was way better years ago.

So disappointed that the superb Rockport World Tour Classic men's shoe that I've purchased for 15+ years is no longer the same shoe. This new shoe has stiffer leather, a worse fit, thinner and less flexible sole, and is quite uncomfortable to walk in. The former shoe was made in Vietnam and the current version is made in India. Overall, a worse shoe for $160. Come on Rockport, bring back the quality and you'll bring back faithful customers like me.

Third pairs in 15 years. I've been walking daily , rain or shine , all seasons (winter in Neos) , all over , in those , for years. Nothing but pure confort and support. Was able to add my new orthopedics soles in the past year without any unconfortable pressure point. Entry is smooth and wide enough to have a perfect fit , even in my actual M width pair.

I bought this similar Rockport model years ago and am still wearing them. Made in Viet Nam, size 9.5 and extra wide. I picked them up in a local shoe store and bought them only because they were a perfect extra wide width and fit like a glove, whereas most other manufacturers don’t do extra wide. Paid $53, before tax. There is no failing in them presently, and all that they require is to be kept clean and polished now and then. I cannot believe just how well they’ve held up over the last eight or so years, and not even one stitch wornout or broken.
