Perfect fit

Rockport costumer service is unbelievable. I wrote a review a couple of days ago, saying that my shoes fitting wasn’t right and that I was disappointed . I had bought the same model before and they were great.
Rockport took my comment very seriously, and about a week later ,
I received a new pair which are a comfortable/perfect fit .
Thank you Rockport, I will definitely buy again from you. I m impressed

Fitting is not right

It’s the second time I bought the same model. The first time I would have given 5 stars. They were perfect, I walk 15/17 km a day at work, I need comfortable shoes. This time I bought the same model, same size and they hurt like you wouldn’t believe. So much so that I had to go back to my old ones to give my feet a break. Then I realized that my first pair of 7 1/2 were actually bigger then my new pair of 7 1/2 .
I didn’t send them back because I wore them for 2 weeks they are nothing like brand new anymore.
I m disappointed …

TruStride waterproof shoes have been my go to for everything casual, including walks, and rainy day hikes. Unfortunately they are starting to show their mileage. I am so disappointed that there are any available in 9W.
